Employment; Term of Employment. The Company hereby agrees to continue Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of Viking. The term of this Agreement shall continue until such time as the employment of Executive is terminated pursuant to Section 6 below.

Employment; Term of Employment. The Company hereby employs Executive effective as of August 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company, upon all the terms and conditions set forth below. The term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall continue from the Effective Date until terminated in accordance with this Agreement (the “Employment Term”). The Company and Executive acknowledge that Executive’s employment is at will and can be terminated by either party at any time upon written notice, with or without Cause (as defined below).
Employment; Term of Employment. 1.1 Executive hereby agrees to be employed by the Company for a term commencing upon the date of this Agreement and continuing, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for a period of twenty four (24) months from such date (the “Employment Term”). The Employment Term will be automatically renewed for successive two (2) year terms unless either party delivers written notice to the other at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of an intention to terminate this Agreement.

Employee hereby understands and agrees that employment with the Company is terminable at will and that both the Company and Employee shall have the right to discontinue the employment relationship at any time and for any reason.

Thereafter, Employee shall, in his sole discretion, have the right to continue this Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of two years after which this Agreement shall continue on a year-to-year basis until either party shall deliver at least 30 days' advance written notice to the other party to the effect that the employment hereunder shall terminate on such anniversary date.
