Common use of Employees of the Company Clause in Contracts

Employees of the Company. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, solicit or encourage to leave the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates, any employee of the Company or its affiliates or hire any such employee who has left the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates within six (6) months of the termination of such employee's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates.

Employees of the Company. During the Restricted Period12-month period following the termination of Executive's employment with the Company (the "RESTRICTED PERIOD"), the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, solicit or encourage to leave the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates, any employee of the Company or its affiliates or hire any such employee who has left the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates within six twelve (612) months of the termination of such employee's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates.
