Emergency Powers. In the event that the Vice President for Student Affairs (or their designee) reasonably believes that there is a clear and present danger to the health and/or safety of any person or persons as a result of conditions or events on or originating from the campus of the University of Miami, it shall be within the discretion of that official to invoke emergency powers and waive the delineated procedures, duties, and rights associated with search and seizure and to authorize a controlled and orderly search of the University of Miami campus and/or any unit thereof by authorized agent of the University of Miami. Any and all evidence resulting from the search and procedure shall be considered admissible for any and all University discipline and prosecutorial purpose.
Emergency Powers. Local 1 recognizes and agrees that the District retains its rights to amend, modify or rescind policies and practices referred to in this Agreement in case of emergency. An emergency is considered an Act of God, a natural disaster, or other dire interruption of the District program (dire interruption shall not include strike by other employee organizations or students). Where an emergency is declared, the District shall immediately notify and consult with Local 1. Local 1 agrees it will abide by such emergency decisions of the Board during the time of the declared emergency.
Emergency Powers. If the District seeks a preliminary order under the Emergency Powers set forth in C.R.S. §§ 22-30.5-701 et seq., it shall follow the procedures set forth therein.

The Chancellor, College Presidents, or their designees may declare the scope and duration of the emergency. Employees released from duty due to a partial, complete building, or site closure will be eligible for paid administrative leave for regularly scheduled shifts for up to five work days. Employees working any or all of their regularly scheduled shifts during an emergency will be compensated at their regular rates. Where an emergency is declared, the District shall immediately notify and consult with Local 1. Local 1 agrees it will abide by such emergency decisions of the Board during the time of the declared emergency.
Emergency Powers. 13.4.1 Off Settlement Land, in relation to those matters enumerated in 13.2, in any situation that poses an Emergency to a Citizen, Government may exercise power conferred by Laws of General Application to relieve the Emergency, notwithstanding that laws enacted by the Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in may apply to the Emergency.
Emergency Powers. In the event of an emergency, or where Franchisee's Cable System creates or is contributing to an imminent danger to health, safety, or property, or an unauthorized use of property, the Franchisee shall remove or relocate any or all parts of Franchisee's Cable System at the Town’s request. If the Franchisee fails to comply with the Town's request, the Town may remove or relocate any or all parts of the Franchisee's Cable System upon reasonable notice to the Franchisee. The Town shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on Franchisee’s facilities related to any emergency removal or relocation. Franchisee shall be entitled to compensation for expenses incurred for removal or relocation in the event of an emergency to the extent other users of the Public Way are compensated. It is understood that the Franchising Authority does not guarantee that funds will be available to compensate users of the Public Ways for emergency removal or relocation.

In the event of an emergency, or where Franchisee’s cable system creates or is contributing to an imminent danger to health, safety, or property, or an unauthorized use of property, the Franchisee shall remove or relocate any or all parts of Franchisee’s cable system at the request of the Town. If the Franchisee fails to comply with the Town’s request, the Town may remove or relocate any or all parts of the Franchisee’s cable system upon reasonable notice to the Franchisee.
Emergency Powers. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, and regardless of whether the Charter School has breached this Agreement, if at any time during the operation of the Charter School the District determines, in its sole but reasonable discretion, that an emergency has arisen that presents a significant threat to the health or safety of the students, staff, or other individuals involved with the Charter School, or that presents a significant threat to substantial property rights of the District or to the Charter School’s solvency, the District may, but shall not be required to, apply to the state commissioner of education for an order placing certain JRCS functions or management organization under external control or for an order of reorganization pursuant to the Charter School Emergency Powers Act, section 22-30.5-701 et seq., C.R.S.

Any and all evidence resulting from the search and procedure shall be considered admissible for any prosecutorial purposes.
Emergency Powers. 7 In the event of an emergency, the District shall have the right to rescind any portion of
