Common use of Eligibility for Residency Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Residency. The Resident must be enrolled as a student during their ter m of occupancy. There is no minimum number of hours that must be taken by the Resident. Housing charges are based on a double occupancy basis and the Resident will share the room with the assigned roommate(s). There are extra fees required for a private room (if space is available). The Resident must vacate University housing within 48 hours if they cease to be an enrolled student at the University.
