Common use of Electrical Work Clause in Contracts

Electrical Work. No employee shall repair or replace defective circuit breakers in power supply boxes, without first having the service disconnected unless he or she is properly certified by the Province of British Columbia. This shall not apply to plug in or bus type circuit breakers. Note: Technicians shall be trained or experienced in the safety practices or procedures relevant to the work being performed.
