Effective Term. 1. The term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the research period of the Collaborative Research.
Effective Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date when it has been executed by both parties (the “Effective Date”) and the obligation of the CRA to fund the Grant shall terminate one (1) year and ninety (90) days thereafter, unless sooner terminated by either party as set forth herein (the “Funding Termination Date”). In addition to any other rights and remedies of the CRA set forth in this Agreement, any portion of the Grant for which a reimbursement request has not been submitted by Grantee to the CRA by the Funding Termination Date shall be forfeited and Grantee hereby waives any rights to such forfeited portion of the Grant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect following the Funding Termination Date for such time periods as necessary to give the terms and provisions of this Agreement their full force and effect.
Effective Term. The term of this Subcontract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2021 unless extended by the parties in accordance with Section D.1, Option to Extend the Term of the Subcontract or terminated by other provisions of this Subcontract. Expiration of the term shall not affect any outstanding releases or open tasks.
Effective Term. This Agreement shall be perpetual, and shall encumber and run with the land as long as the road remains private.
Effective Term. Curriculum Standard Fall 2019 The Associate in Arts degree shall be granted for a planned program of study consisting of a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit (SHC) of college transfer courses. Within the degree program, the institution shall include opportunities for the achievement of competence in reading, writing, oral communication, fundamental mathematical skills, and basic computer use. The Comprehensive Articulation Agreement (CAA) and the Independent Comprehensive Articulation Agreement (ICAA) enables North Carolina community college graduates of two-year associate in arts programs who are admitted to constituent institutions of The University of North Carolina and to Signatory Institutions of North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities to transfer with junior status. Community college graduates must obtain a grade of “C” or better in each course and an overall GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in order to transfer with a junior status. Courses may also transfer through bilateral agreements between institutions.
Effective Term. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of five (5) years, as from the date it is executed by the representatives of both Parties. Any changes herein shall be implemented in the form of an Amendment duly agreed to between the Parties.
Effective Term. This Agreement shall be effective beginning November 27, 2012 and shall remain in effect until terminated pursuant to Section 10.2 below (“Effective Term”).

Upon the completion of this term, the Memorandum of Understanding may be reedited, upon the assent of both institutions, and such renewal shall take the form of a new Memorandum of Understanding or of a specific Agreement.
