Common use of Effect of Supplemental Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIII, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City and all Owners of Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.

Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIII, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City District and all Owners owners of Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.

Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIII, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City County and all Owners of Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.

From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIIIIX, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City District and all Owners of Bonds and Additional Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.

Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIII, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City Agency and all Owners of Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.

Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIIIIX, this Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City parties hereto and all Owners of Bonds Outstanding Certificates Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications modification and amendmentsamendment, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement for any and all purposes.

From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIII, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City School District and all Owners of Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.
