Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any Supplemental Agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article VIII, this Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement of the City and all Owners of Bonds Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for any and all purposes.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article X, this Trust Agreement or a Lease Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement or a Lease Agreement, as the case may be, for any and all purposes.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article IX, this Indenture, the Purchase Contract or the Acquisition Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Indenture, the Purchase Contract or the Acquisition Agreement, as the case may be, for any and all purposes.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. The parties agree that this Supplemental Agreement is intended to supplement the terms of the Dealer Agreement and not to limit the rights and obligations of the parties contained therein. This Supplemental Agreement is hereby incorporated into the Dealer Agreement and made a part thereof. In the event that any of the provisions of this Supplemental Agreement are in actual conflict with other provisions of the Dealer Agreement, the provisions contained in this Supplemental Agreement shall govern. In the event that the policies of Distributor with regard to the issues addressed herein are hereinafter modified, the parties agree to review such modifications to determine whether modifications of this Supplemental Agreement are appropriate.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article X, this Trust Agreement or the Installment Sale Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Outstanding shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement or the Installment Sale Agreement, as the case may be, for any and all purposes. The District may adopt appropriate regulations to require each Certificate Owner, before such Owner’s consent provided for in this Article X shall be deemed effective, to reveal whether the Certificate as to which such consent is given is disqualified as provided in Section 10.03.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. (a) On the date hereof, the CSR Agreement shall be supplemented and amended in accordance herewith, and this Supplemental Agreement shall form part of the CSR Agreement for all purposes, and the Holder of every CSR heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered under the CSR Agreement shall be bound thereby.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective pursuant to this Article X, this Trust Agreement, the Lease Agreement or the Ground Lease, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto or thereto and all Owners of Certificates Outstanding, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder, subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement, the Lease Agreement or the Ground Lease, as the case may be, for any and all purposes. The Trustee may require each Certificate Owner, before his consent provided for in this Article X shall be deemed effective, to certify that the Certificates as to which such consent is given are not disqualified as provided in Section 10.3 hereof.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. Upon the execution of any supplement to this Fiscal Agency Agreement pursuant to the provisions hereof, this Fiscal Agency Agreement and the affected Bonds shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith and the respective rights, limitations of rights, obligations, duties and immunities under this Fiscal Agency Agreement of the Fiscal Agent, the Republic and the holders of Bonds shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such supplement shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Fiscal Agency Agreement for any and all purposes.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. From and after the time any supplemental agreement becomes effective under this Article IX, this Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith, the respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties hereto, and the rights of the Certificate Insurer and the affected Certificate Owners, as the case may be, shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modification and amendment, and all the terms and conditions of any supplemental agreement shall be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement for any and all purposes.
Effect of Supplemental Agreement. Except as expressly and specifically provided in this Supplemental Agreement, the Merger Agreement continues in full force and effect, without modification.
