Educational Technology. On-Line Courses The use of educational technology to deliver on-line courses is a recognized method of instructional delivery. Teaching on-line courses/offerings shall be a matter of instructor choice. All work involving the development or delivery of on-line courses and programs shall be posted in accordance with the Collective Agreement. All employees who develop course material shall have the right of first refusal to instruct the courses they have developed. In the event of layoff, Article 5 will apply. Instructors shall be provided with all equipment required for course delivery, including technical support, by the institution. Technical support shall be provided to all instructors who are developing or delivering on-line courses; and instructors shall not be required to provide technical support to students in their courses. In addition, the College will provide for the invigilation of tests, exams and other supervised assignments.

Educational Technology. 26.1 Intent A key strategy in the Los Xxxx Community College District's vision of a restructured higher education system is to expand the system's learning opportunities on and off campus by using multiple technologies. The purpose of this article is to establish a series of contractual understandings between the LRCFT and the Board regarding the use of instructional technology.
Educational Technology. The Provider acknowledges and agrees to provide in each classroom the same or substantially similar educational technology, including but not limited to, computers, hardware, software, and network connections, as provided in a ISD Pre-Kindergarten classroom. The Provider acknowledges and agrees it shall be responsible for any and all educational technology training its staff shall require. ISD may, based on availability, provide the Provider with educational technology for use with ISD students. 9.08 Free and Reduced Child Nutrition Services. ISD and the Provider shall collaborate to ensure students served by the Provider are offered free and reduced breakfast and lunch services to dual-enrolled ISD students who qualify as required under Applicable Law. The Provider shall comply with all Applicable Law as it applies to free and reduced breakfast and lunch services, including but not limited to, service, record-keeping, confidentiality, and nutritional value of foods served.
Educational Technology. The University and the PSC will establish an ongoing PSC/management committee, composed of five members designated by the Chancellor and five members designated by the President of the PSC. The committee will designate one of its members to serve as Chair of the committee. The committee will review the literature and national trends in the developing field of educational technology at The City University, and will periodically issue reports to the Chancellor and the President of the PSC. While this Educational Technologies Committee should not be limited in the scope of its inquiry into educational technologies, it will make recommendations to the Chancellor and the President of the PSC only upon issues that directly affect the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by the collective bargaining agreement with the PSC. This provision will sunset on July 30, 2000, unless renewed by the parties.
Educational Technology. Repairs, setup and programming of District purchased educational technology, equipment, and instructional devices shall be made as soon as possible by qualified personnel. Unit members shall not be required to perform an of the abovementioned tasks unless the task does not require technical expertise.
