Common use of Duty of Loyalty Clause in Contracts

Duty of Loyalty. The Employee acknowledges that he is a fiduciary of the Company and owes a duty of loyalty to the Company to perform his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement in good faith and in the best interests of the Company and without personal economic conflict.

Duty of Loyalty.
