The Master Servicer shall monitor the performance of the Issuer and shall advise the Owner Trustee when action is necessary to comply with the Issuer’s Issuers duties under the Indenture. The Master Servicer shall prepare for execution by the Issuer or shall cause the preparation by other appropriate Persons of all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Issuer to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Indenture. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall take all necessary action that is the duty of the Issuer to take pursuant to the Indenture, including, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 2.7, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.10, 3.17, 5.1, 5.4, 6.9, 7.3, 8.28.3, 9.2, 9.3, 11.1 and 11.15 of the Indenture.

In furtherance of the foregoing, the Servicer shall take all necessary action that is the duty of the Issuer to take pursuant to the Indenture, including, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 2.72.03, 3.52.05, 3.62.06, 3.72.09(a), 3.92.11, 2.12(d), 2.15, 2.16, 3.03, 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 3.07(b), 3.07(d), 3.09, 3.10, 3.173.19, 5.14.01, 5.45.05, 6.96.08, 7.36.10, 8.27.01, 9.28.09, 9.310.01, 11.1 10.02, 10.03, 10.06, 12.01(a), 12.01(b), 12.05 and 11.15 of the Indenture12.06.

In furtherance of the foregoing, the Servicer shall take all necessary action that is the duty of the Issuer to take pursuant to the IndentureSections 2.9, including3.3, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 2.73.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.103.19, 3.173.21, 3.23, 4.1, 5.1, 5.45.16, 6.98.4, 7.38.5, 8.2, 9.2, 9.3, 11.1 9.5 and 11.15 of the Indenture.11.1

In furtherance of the foregoing, the Servicer shall take all necessary action that is the duty of the Issuer to take pursuant to the IndentureSECTIONS 2.9, including3.3, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 2.73.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.103.19, 3.173.21, 3.23, 4.1, 5.1, 5.45.16, 6.98.4, 7.38.5, 8.2, 9.2, 9.3, 9.5 and 11.1 and 11.15 of the Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no delegation of the Issuer's duties under any Related Document shall relieve the Issuer of liability therefor.

In furtherance of the foregoing, the Servicer shall take all necessary action that is the duty of the Issuer Trust to take pursuant to the Indenture, including, without limitation, pursuant to Sections 2.7, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.10, 3.17, 5.1, 5.4, 6.9, 7.3, 8.28.3, 8.4, 9.2, 9.3, 11.1 and 11.15 of the Indenture.
