Common use of Duties and Services Clause in Contracts

Duties and Services. Employee agrees to serve in the position referred to in Section 2.2 hereof and to perform diligently and to the best of Employee’s abilities the usual and customary duties and services appertaining to such positions, as well as such additional duties and services appropriate to such positions which the Company and Employee mutually may agree upon from time to time. Employee’s employment shall also be subject to the policies maintained and established by the Company that are of general applicability to the Company’s employees, as such policies may be amended from time to time.

Duties and Services.
