Common use of Duration of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Duration of Obligations. The obligations of the Developer hereunder shall run with the Project Site until the Developer’s obligations have been fully met, as determined by the Town in its sole and absolute discretion. Any party taking title to the Project Site, or any part thereof, prior to Final Acceptance shall take said real property subject to such obligations. The Developer shall not be released of its obligations under this agreement without the express, written approval of the Town.
