DOMICILIUM CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI. 12.1 The Parties choose as their domicilium citandi et executandi (“domicilium”) for all purposes relating to this Agreement, including giving any notice, the serving of any process and for any other purposes arising out of this Agreement the addresses referred to in this Agreement or at such address in South Africa of which the Party concerned may notify the other in writing.
