Common use of Disclosure Required by Law Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Required by Law. If disclosure of Confidential Information beyond that expressly authorized in this Agreement is required by Applicable Law, that disclosure does not constitute a breach of this Agreement so long as Institution notifies Sponsor in writing as far as possible in advance of the disclosure so as to allow Sponsor to take legal action to protect its Confidential Information, discloses only that Confidential Information required to comply with the legal requirement, and continues to maintain the confidentiality of this Confidential Information with respect to all other third parties. 9.5.

Disclosure Required by Law. If disclosure of Confidential Information beyond that expressly authorized in this Agreement is required by Applicable Law, that disclosure does not constitute a breach of this Agreement so long as Institution notifies Sponsor in writing as far as possible in advance of the disclosure so as to allow Sponsor to take legal action to protect its Confidential Information, discloses only that Confidential Information required to comply with the legal requirement, and continues to maintain the confidentiality of this Confidential Information with respect to all other third parties. 9.5.10.4

If disclosure of Confidential Information beyond that expressly authorized in this Agreement is required by Applicable Law, that disclosure does not constitute a breach of this Agreement so long as Institution notifies Agreement. Provider and Principal Investigator shall notify Sponsor in writing of such Confidential Data disclosure as far as possible in advance of the disclosure so as to allow Sponsor to take legal action to protect its Confidential Information, discloses Information and shall disclose only that Confidential Information that is required to comply with the legal requirement, and continues shall continue to maintain the confidentiality of this Confidential Information with respect to all other third parties. 9.5.

If disclosure of Confidential Information beyond that expressly authorized in this Agreement is required by Applicable Law, that disclosure does not constitute a breach of this Agreement so long as as, and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Institution or Principal Investigator notifies Sponsor in writing as far as possible in advance of the disclosure so as to allow Sponsor Sponsor, also to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, to take legal action to protect its Confidential Information, discloses only that Confidential Information required to comply with the legal requirement, and continues to maintain the confidentiality of this Confidential Information with respect to all other third parties. 9.5.11.4

If disclosure of Confidential Information beyond that expressly authorized in this Agreement is required by Applicable Law, that disclosure does not constitute a breach of this Agreement so long as Institution notifies and Principal Investigator notify Sponsor in writing as far as possible in advance of the disclosure so as to allow Sponsor to take legal action to protect its Confidential Information, discloses only that Confidential Information required to comply with the legal requirement, and continues to maintain the confidentiality of this Confidential Information with respect to all other third parties. 9.511.4.
