Common use of Disclosure Letter Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Letter. The Company Disclosure Letter, executed by the Company as of the date hereof, and delivered to Group 1 on the date hereof, contains all disclosure required to be made by the Company under the various terms and provisions of this Agreement. Each item of disclosure set forth in the Company Disclosure Letter specifically refers to the article and section of the Agreement to which such disclosure responds, and shall not be deemed to be disclosed with respect to any other article or section of the Agreement. A substantially complete draft of the Company Disclosure Letter shall have been delivered to Group 1 at least five business days prior to the date of this Agreement.
