Common use of Determination Date Clause in Contracts

Determination Date. Any Revenue Growth RSU awards made as a result of the Company’s Revenue Growth performance will be made on the Determination Date, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Agreement, including the vesting schedule set forth in Section 4(d) below, provided that the Participant’s status as a Participant under this Agreement has not terminated before the Determination Date.

Determination Date. Any Revenue Growth RSU awards made as a result of the Company’s Revenue Growth performance will be made on the Determination Date, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Agreement, including the vesting schedule set forth in Section 4(d) below, provided that the Participant’s status as a Participant under this Agreement Continuous Service has not terminated before the Determination DateDate (except as provided in subsections (c) and (e) below).

Any Revenue New Business Growth RSU awards made as a result of the Company’s Revenue New Business Growth performance will be made on the Determination Date, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Agreement, including the vesting schedule set forth in Section 4(d5(c) below, provided that the Participant’s status as a Participant under this Agreement has not terminated before the Determination Date.

Determination Date.
