Delivery of Accounts and Records. Each Fund will turn over or cause to be turned over to the Custodian all accounts and records needed by the Custodian to fully and properly perform its duties and responsibilities hereunder. The Custodian may rely conclusively on the completeness and correctness of such accounts and records.
