Definitions Personal Harassment. Any behaviour, whether overt or subtle, that is directed to any employee and considered by an that employee to be offensive and may be related to any of the grounds of harassment and discrimination prohibited by the Canadian Human Rights Act, Ontario Human Rights Code or other applicable statues.
