DEFINITION OF MEMBER. A member is a musician who chooses to undertake 66% or more of engagements offered by the management on a first call basis, within a period of 12 months defined by Manchester Camerata’s Chief Executive (“the Chief Executive”), (see Appendix B). Members will be engaged and paid on an engagement-by-engagement basis and membership does not guarantee any number of days work. Members will be responsible for their own tax and national insurance arrangements and membership does not imply any employment benefits.

DEFINITION OF MEMBER. The term "member" - "employee," when used hereinafter in this Agreement, shall refer to all professional supervisory employees represented by the Association in the negotiation unit as noted in Section A.
