Definition of Family Members. For the purposes of this article, immediate family includes parent, child, sibling, spouse, grandparent, grandchild, equivalent in-laws, and domestic partners. Relatives not listed who reside in the employee’s household are also included in the definition. For employees taking time off under a particular Oregon State and/or federal law, the definition of family member will be as defined by the appropriate Oregon State and/or federal law.

SIDE LETTER TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT PENSION 13TH CHECK For the term of November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2015 in this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Union and Employer agree that Pensioners and Beneficiaries with an annuity starting date prior to January 1, 2014, who receive a monthly benefit in both June and December of a calendar year, shall receive an extra monthly benefit check in December of that calendar year. Employees who are Participants and employed by the Employer on November 1, 2013, who retire on or after December 1, 2013 and who receive a monthly benefit in both June and December of a calendar year shall receive an extra monthly benefit check in December of that calendar year. If such an Employee’s Beneficiary is receiving such monthly benefits due to the death of such an Employee, then that Beneficiary shall receive the extra monthly benefit check.
