The Bank’s debit cards allow you to withdraw cash, transfer funds between accounts at the Bank, inquire about account balances on your accounts, and may allow for purchasing goods and services at participating merchant locations that have a point-of-sale terminal that accepts debit cards. The Bank requires you to sign a separate agreement before using this service.
