Deadline Date. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employee’s employment. Such negotiations shall begin not later than October 15 of the year preceding the year in which this Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, subject to ratification by the Association, be reduced to writing, be signed by the Board and the Association and be adopted by the Board.
Deadline Date. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation regarding a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws, 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement concerning terms and conditions of teachers’ employment. Such negotiations shall begin at such times as established by P.E.R.C. Any Agreement so negotiated shall be reduced to writing during the process of negotiations and shall be subject to ratification by the Board and Association, in its final form.

The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning terms and conditions of employment. Such negotiations shall begin as required by law. Any agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, be reduced to writing, ratified by the parties and executed by the Board and Association.

The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with NJSA 34:13A et. seq. in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employees' employment. Such negotiations shall begin on or about November 15 of the calendar year preceding the year in which the Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, be reduced to writing, and be signed by the Board and the Association.
Deadline Date. The planned Acceptance Date for each System Segment shall be the date sixty (60) days after the Planned Construction Date set forth as such in Exhibit A, Part 2. The "Deadline Date" shall be sixty (60) days after the later of (a) such planned Acceptance Date or (b) the planned Acceptance Date as extended due to unforseen events not in the reasonable control of Xxxxxxxx (other than as due to Xxxxxxxx' negligence), Force Majeure Events or as expressly permitted by this Agreement. Xxxxxxxx shall implement each System Segment so that it achieves its Acceptance Date by the Deadline Date. Xxxxxxxx shall give WinStar as much prior notice as reasonably possible if , to the best of Xxxxxxxx' knowledge, there is a forseeable risk that it may miss a Deadline Date for any System Segment.
Deadline Date. The parties shall commence collective bargaining on a successor agreement no later than December 15, 2025. Any agreement so negotiated shall be reduced to writing before ratification by the parties.
Deadline Date. If the TIE has not occurred on or before the Deadline Date the Company shall make payment to the Purchaser as soon as reasonably practicable after the Deadline Date from Assets that remain lawfully available applying Clause 3(e) mutatis mutandis but with references to Dissolution Event being replaced with references to Deadline Date.
Deadline Date. The parties agree to enter into bargaining over a successor Agreement no later than January 15, 2025. Any Agreement so negotiated shall be reduced to writing after ratification by the parties.

The Board and the Association agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act, such participation shall be in good faith for the purpose of arriving at a mutual agreement on the terms and conditions of employment. Negotiations shall begin no later then December 1 of the year prior to the school year for which the contract will be negotiated . Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees covered by this agreement.
Deadline Date. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor contract in accordance with Title 34:13A-1 through 13A-13, in a good faith effort to reach agreement on matters concerning the terms and conditions of employees' employment. Any contract so negotiated shall apply to all employees, be reduced to writing, and be submitted to the Association and Board for a ratification vote. Upon adoption, the contract shall be signed.
