Common use of Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, “Date of Termination” shall mean the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company specified in a Notice of Termination.

For purposes the purpose of this Agreement, “the term "Date of Termination” shall mean " means (i) in the case of termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of the termination receipt of Executive’s employment with the Company specified in a such Notice of TerminationTermination or, if later, the date specified therein up to thirty (30) days after receipt, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminated during the Term.

Date of Termination.
