Date of Operation. 3.1 This Agreement remains in force until 2/7/2027. The agreement will continue to apply beyond its expiration date until it is replaced in accordance with the FW Act.
Date of Operation. This Agreement shall come into operation from the 10 December 2002 and remain in force until 30 October 2005. The parties to this Agreement shall continuously monitor the application of the Agreement via a Consultative Committee.

Date of Operation. 2.1 This Agreement will commence operation 7 days after it is approved by the FWC and has a nominal expiry date of 1 November 2026. The Agreement will continue to apply beyond its nominal expiry date until it is terminated or replaced by another enterprise agreement.
