Common use of Date of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Date of Delivery. Subject to the Aircraft conforming to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "G", LESSEE shall take delivery of the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents on the Effective Date. Lessor shall deliver the Aircraft to Lessee on no later than November 20, 1995. In the event LESSOR is unable to deliver the Aircraft to LESSEE on or before November 20, 1995, and no other provision of this Lease applies which would either excuse the delay or which would provide LESSOR with any additional time to cause delivery of the Aircraft, then, in such event, LESSEE may terminate this Lease without any liability or obligation to the other hereunder.
