Common use of Daily Reports Clause in Contracts

Daily Reports. On each Business Day, commencing on May 12, 2015, the Company shall compile and provide (or cause to be compiled and provided) to the Agents and the Lenders, a position report (each, a “Position Report”) and a cash flow report (the “Cash Flow Report”) for the previous Business Day. The Position Report shall be substantially in the form set forth in Schedule 6 and the Cash Flow Report shall contain such information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has engaged the Collateral Administrator pursuant to the Collateral Administration Agreement to compile and provide the information and reports to be provided in this Section 8.03.
