Customer Service Issues. Seller shall handle all customer service issues related to Seller’s Products. URBN is not responsible for handling customer service issues related to Seller’s Products, and URBN may direct Customers who contact it with service issues related to Products to contact Seller using the contact information Seller has provided in the Mirakl Portal. If Seller does not handle a customer service issue or a request from URBN to handle that issue, URBN may take any actions necessary to ensure Seller’s compliance, and URBN will not be liable to Seller for any results of those actions. If Seller does not handle a customer service issue to URBN’s satisfaction, URBN may contact the Customer and take any action to resolve the issue.

Customer Service Issues. Save for issues, complaints or disputes in relation to the operation, functionality or other technical aspects of the Products, all other issues, complaints and disputes brought by End-Users relating to the quality, quantity, delivery of the Product shall be resolved by you directly with the End-Users.
