Customer Calls. The Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries and the officers, directors, employees and agents of the Company and its Subsidiaries to, participate with Parent in visiting and communicating with customers of the Company and its Subsidiaries, as reasonably requested by Parent prior to the Effective Time.
