Cultural and Ceremonial Leave (a) An employee is entitled to five days unpaid cultural and ceremonial leave per year, to undertake cultural or ceremonial obligations for the community or group to which the employee belongs to.
Religious Exclusions Deductions for membership dues and assessments shall not apply to any employee who, for religious reasons, cannot pay union dues and assessments, provided she makes a contribution equal to said union dues and assessments to some recognized charitable cause.
Religious Leave Religious leave shall be without pay unless the employee elects to use accumulated compensatory time off, vacation time, or floating holiday time. Denial of religious leave is appealable as provided elsewhere in this section.
Religious Activities The Subrecipient agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CFR 570.200(j), such as worship, religious instruction, or proselytization.
Professional and Education Leaves (a) Leave of absence with pay or without pay may be granted to employees to attend professional and educational meetings, courses, or other events which may be judged beneficial to the employee's professional development, especially as it relates to her responsibilities with the Employer.

Schools The Applicant, its successors and assigns, will comply with applicable provisions of Section 163.3180(6), Florida Statutes, in providing any required school proportionate share mitigation and will pay any applicable school impact fees for the Development in the timing and manner required by law.
Cultural Leave Where such leave is approved by the employer, teachers participating in recognised cultural activities within New Zealand or outside New Zealand are entitled to leave with pay on the same conditions as for sports leave.
CULTURAL DIVERSITY The Cultural Diversity Requirement generally does not add units to a student's program. Rather, it is intended to be fulfilled by choosing courses from the approved list that also satisfy requirements in other areas of the student’s program; the exception is that Cultural Diversity courses may not satisfy Culture and Language Requirements for B.S. students. For example, Anthropology 120 can fulfill (3) units of the Behavioral Science requirement and (3) units of the Cultural Diversity requirement.
