Common use of Credit Reporting Agencies Clause in Contracts

Credit Reporting Agencies. We may check information about you or your credit history with consumer reporting agencies or others. We may also report information about you and your Card account to consumer reporting agencies or to other companies as allowed by law and our privacy policy. If you do not fulfill the terms of this Agreement, we may submit a negative report reflecting on your credit record to one or more consumer reporting agencies.
