Common use of Credit Reporting Agencies Clause in Contracts

You authorize us to investigate your credit standing when opening, renewing or reviewing your Account, and you authorize us to disclose information regarding our experience with you under this Agreement to consumer reporting agencies, bureaus and other creditors. If you request it, we will provide the name and address of each consumer reporting agency used for this purpose. In doing so, please identify the inaccurate information and tell us why you believe it is incorrect.
