Counterparts; Fax Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which together shall constitute a single instrument. Signatures on this Agreement transmitted by facsimile shall be deemed to be original signatures for all purposes of this Agreement.

Signatures on this Agreement transmitted by facsimile all such counterparts shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument, and each of said counterparts shall be deemed an original signatures for all purposes hereof.
