This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in multiple counterparts and any Party may execute any such counterpartseparate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. Each counterpart may consist of a number of copies hereof each signed by less than all, but together signed by all of the parties hereto. For the purposes of facilitating the execution of this Agreement, a facsimile or other electronic transmission of a signature shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. For purposes of this Agreement, facsimile signatures shall be deemed originals, and the Parties agree to exchange original signatures as promptly as possiblesignature.
