Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Execution Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Execution. This Contract may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The facsimile or electronic transmission of the signature of any party executing this Contract on behalf of the University or the Contractor/Supplier to the other party hereto shall constitute an original thereof.
