Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Execution. This Contract may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The facsimile or electronic transmission of the signature of any party executing this Contract on behalf of the University or the Contractor/Supplier to the other party hereto shall constitute an original thereof.

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, a document (or signature page thereto) signed and transmitted by facsimile machine, telecopier or electronic transmission is to be treated as an original document. The signature of any party thereon, for purposes hereof, is to be considered as an original signature, and the document transmitted is to be considered to have the same binding effect as an original signature on an original document. At the request of any party, a facsimile, telecopy or electronically transmitted document is to be re-executed in original form by the parties who executed the facsimile, telecopy or electronically transmitted document. No party may raise the use of a facsimile machine, telecopier machine or electronic transmission as a defense to the enforcement of the Agreement or any amendment or other document executed in compliance with this Section.

This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one (1) and the same instrument. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile, .pdf or other electronically transmitted signatures and such signatures shall be deemed to bind each Party hereto as if they were original signatures.

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts by the Parties and all counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same document. The Parties hereto agree that: (a) counterparts may be executed by one or more Parties via use of facsimile signatures or electronic (e-mail) signatures and the sending by one or more Parties of signatures via Facsimile or via e-mail correspondence shall also constitute execution and delivery of this Agreement; and (b) signature pages from one or more counterparts may be removed from such counterparts and such signature pages may be attached to a single instrument so that signatures of all Parties may be physically attached to a single counterpart hereof.

This Sublease may be executed in any number of counterparts, each such counterpart hereof shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. In addition, original signatures transmitted via facsimile or electronic mail shall be acceptable for purposes of executing this Sublease. If counterpart originals are executed and/or original signatures are transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail, the parties hereto shall endeavor in good faith to deliver to each other executed counterpart originals within ten (10) days from the date hereof.

This JVA may be executed in multiple counterparts, and all counterparts so executed shall constitute one agreement, binding on all of the Parties, notwithstanding that all the Parties are not a signatory to the original or same counterpart. This JVA may be executed by facsimile or electronic signature, with the original signature to be provided promptly after facsimile or electronic transmission. The facsimile or electronic signature shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature, and no party shall have a defence that the facsimile or electronic signature was not authorized.
