Common use of Costs of Collection Clause in Contracts

Costs of Collection. 8. The Borrower shall reimburse the Lender on demand for any and all unreimbursed costs, expenses, and costs of collection (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) heretofore or hereafter incurred by the Lender in connection with the protection, preservation, and enforcement by the Lender of its rights and remedies under the Financing Documents, the Related Documents, and/or this Agreement, including, without limitation, the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and the Related Documents, and/or any matters related thereto.
