Common use of Corporate Compliance Clause in Contracts

Corporate Compliance. Contractor is responsible for participating in and complying with the CPSA Compliance Program pertaining to fraud and abuse, including the reporting requirements contained in ADHS/DBHS/CPSA Provider Manual Section 7.1, Fraud and Abuse Reporting. The Contractor shall ensure that subcontractors comply with the Corporate Compliance Program. Failure to comply may result in the penalty described in A.R.S. §13-2310.
