Copies of Leases. Copies of all current leases together with any ongoing evictions or legal matters related to the Property; and
Copies of Leases. Deliver to Bank copies of all leases existing and in effect as of the date of this Agreement with respect to any Leased Property, and deliver to Bank copies of all proposed leases (whether as of the date of this Agreement or hereafter) with respect to any such Leased Property prior to execution thereof. All leases with respect to any such Leased Property (and renewals, extensions and material modifications thereof), and all tenants of such Leased Property, shall be subject to Bank’s written approval prior to execution of any lease (or any renewal, extension or material modification thereof), including, without limitation, Bank’s approval of the financial statements of each proposed tenant, which approval shall be in the reasonable discretion of Bank. Bank may require financial information concerning each proposed tenant of any such Leased Property, including a minimum of one (1) year’s operating statements. Borrower shall use its best efforts to keep any such Leased Property fully leased. Borrower shall fully and faithfully perform each and every covenant, agreement, or obligation of lessor or landlord under any and all leases covering any portion of any such Leased Property. Upon the request of Bank, Borrower shall provide Bank with a current rent roll supplying the name of each tenant of any such Leased Property and the net monthly rental for each space and such other information as Bank may request.
Copies of Leases. Within ten (10) Business Days of any such request, Borrower shall submit to Bank or Bank’s counsel true and complete copies of all Leases for the Project including all amendments thereto or extensions thereof, and any guarantees thereof, all solely to the extent not previously delivered to Bank.
Copies of Leases. The Borrower shall, on request, provide to the Lender copies of: - all leases and related documents affecting the immovable; and - all insurance policies covering rents derived from the immovable, if such policies exist.

Collection of Rents by the Borrower The Borrower, when collecting rents in accordance with the provisions of Section shall not give a release in advance of more than one month's rent and shall not lease the immovable at an amount below market value. Collection of Rents by the Lender The Lender when collecting rents, may modify or cancel leases and is not liable for damages resulting from the non‑collection of rents. Obligations of the Borrower and Rights of the Lender Performance of Construction If the immovable is not yet constructed when this Agreement is signed, the Borrower shall finish the construction before (omitted voluntarily) in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Lender and with accepted practice. Construction not Performed or Non‑Conforming Where the construction referred to in Section is not finished by the date agreed to or done in accordance with the plans and specifications or with accepted practice, the Lender may, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, cause the construction to be completed or corrected in order to protect its security. Maintenance and Use of the Hypothecated Immovable The Borrower shall maintain the immovable in good condition and shall not do anything that could reduce its value. The Lender has the right to have repairs made to the immovable in order to protect its security.
Copies of Leases. Borrower, within ten (10) days upon request, which request shall not be made more than once annually, will furnish true copies of all Leases not previously provided to Lender, subleases and other occupancy agreements, including amendments and renewals thereof and guaranties given in connection therewith.
Copies of Leases. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative ---------------- Agent, within fourteen (14) days after the Administrative Agent's request, a true and complete copy of any lease or other agreement pursuant to which any Person has a right to occupy or use any portion of any Property (and all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto).
Copies of Leases. Assignor represents and warrants to Assignee that: (i) the lease attached hereto as Exhibit B is a full true, correct and complete copy of the Lease; and (ii) the Lease is now in full force and effect, and has not been modified in any respect.
