Leasehold Agreements. Agent shall have received Lien Waiver Agreements reasonably satisfactory to Agent with respect to the chief executive offices leased by Borrowers;
Leasehold Agreements. The Administrative Agent shall have received landlord, mortgagee or warehouseman agreements satisfactory to Agents with respect to all premises leased by the Borrower or any Guarantor in the United States of America at which Inventory and Equipment is located;
Leasehold Agreements. Agent shall have received Lien Waiver Agreements satisfactory to Agent from each applicable landlord, bailee, processor or warehouseman with respect to all premises leased by Borrowers and/or premises at which Inventory or books and records are located;
