Copies of Correspondence. Whenever Contractor is required to submit to the Architect/Engineer any correspondence, documentation or to report any other information about the Work which affects costs, scheduling or quality of the Work, such correspondence, documentation or reports shall be submitted in writing and Contractor shall simultaneously forward a copy of same to Owner. Furthermore, whenever the Contract Documents require the Architect/Engineer’s approval as to any aspect of the Work or any matter involving the Project, the Architect/Engineer’s decision shall be contingent upon Owner’s written approval of such matter, and Contractor and the Architect/Engineer shall be bound by such decision and shall carry out the Work accordingly.
