The Agent will distribute to each Secured Party each instrument and other agreement received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Agent from a Debtor for distribution to the Secured Parties by the Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, all notices to and communications with the Debtors under this Agreement shall be effected by the Secured Parties through the Agent.
