The Submittal Control Document will include material submittals pursuant to CITY material standards and the City of Seattle Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction. Contractor Submittals. 6.1 DRAFT ARCHAEOLOGICAL WORK PLAN WITH BURIAL TREATMENT AND SITE SAFETY AND HEALTH PLANS. The Contractor shall compose a work plan specific to the Task Order that addresses the Contractor’s methodology in completing the Task Order requests. The methodology should be research driven with a minimum of three research questions being presented that are relevant to the project area. This shall include, but is not limited to the information specified in Attachment J-2 Outline for Draft and Final Reports in Section J. The Draft Report shall be a finished document that has been evaluated according to the Contractor’s Quality Control Plan; and which has been copy-edited for consistency, organization, grammar, spelling, and punctuation. The report shall be submitted to the designated Contracting Officer’s Representative as specified in the Task Order. If revisions are necessary, the Government shall forward review comments to the Contractor. All reports shall conform to the requirements listed in Attachment J-3 General Report Specifications in Section J. It is stressed that Draft Reports shall be complete, of professional quality, and thoroughly edited. Draft reports not meeting these standards will not be accepted. If stipulated in the Project Work Statement, the submittal shall include geographical information systems compatible with the governments version of ESRI ArcGIS (currently ArcGIS 10.5), that include at a minimum all relational databases, maps, photographs, illustrations, metadata, dictionaries, and directions for use. The Contractor shall also include a Burial Treatment Plan and Site Safety and Health Plan specific to the task order and separately placed within the appendices of the work plan.
Contractor Submittals. A. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable scope of work, Contractor shall submit documents to Company for information, review, and approval in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.

INSURANCE INSURANCE POLICES Before commencing work on the Project under this Agreement, Contractor shall, without limiting its obligations and responsibilities hereunder, obtain all insurance including and not limited to third party, Contractors’ All Risk Policy, against any Contractor’s liability, for any material or physical damage, loss or injury which may occur to any property, including that of the Client, Contractor, Sub-Contractors, or any other vendors or to any person including any employee of the Client, Contractor or Sub-Contractor or any member of the general public, by or arising out of the provision of Services in relation to the Project or otherwise in performance of this Agreement. It shall be obligatory for Contractor to obtain and retain, for all relevant times, the insurance cover, at its own cost all the insurance coverage as required for the project.
