Contract Price Proposal. Price will be evaluated in order to determine that it is fair and reasonable IAW FAR 15.404 to include ensuring the price is not unreasonably high without valid explanation and that a "buy- in" or unbalanced pricing between CLINs does not exist. The government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the prices are significantly unbalanced. Unbalanced pricing exists when, despite an acceptable total evaluated price, the price of one or more contract line items is significantly over or understated as indicated by the application of cost or price analysis techniques. Price proposal evaluations will be conducted on the total proposed price for the anticipated initial task order for the total overall price factor. The pricing proposed on the “Initial TO Requirement Pricing” tab shall populate onto the “Total Initial TO Pricing” tab which includes the estimated travel and ODC’s for a total overall price to be evaluated for each proposal.

  • GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE PROPOSAL 7.1 At the conclusion of the Design Development phase the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal to Owner based on the Design Development phase documents and review comments. The GMP shall be delivered to the Owner within three (3) weeks of the Design Development review meeting or a date established by the Owner. The GMP Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines established by Owner and delivered in the format specified by Owner in Exhibit “E” attached to this Agreement. Owner, at its sole option and discretion, may specify different requirements for the GMP Proposal. Contractor shall not withdraw its Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for ninety (90) days following submission to Owner.

  • C1 Contract Price C1.1 In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Proposal Work Authorizations The State may issue a proposal work authorization under which the Engineer will submit a proposal for additional work. The proposal must be for additional work that is within the defined scope of work under this contract. The amount to be paid for a proposal work authorization will be a lump sum for each proposal. The lump sum payment will be no less than two percent (2%) and no more than four percent (4%) of the State's estimate of the cost of the additional work. The Engineer may elect without penalty not to submit a proposal in response to a proposal work authorization. Any proposal submitted in response to a proposal work authorization will be the sole property of the State. The State may, at its option, issue similar or identical proposal work authorizations under other contracts, and the proposals submitted in response to the various proposal work authorizations may be compared by the State for the purpose of determining the contract under which the work will be awarded. The determination of the contract under which the work will be awarded will be based on the design characteristics of the proposal and the Engineer's qualifications and will not consider the Engineer's rates.

  • Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Contract Prices All Contract prices set forth in this Section include all costs necessary to complete the work for which the price is established (e.g., Base Contract, Unit Price, Options) in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the cost of work performed by subcontractors and consultants, indirect costs, fees, expenses, taxes, and profit.
