Common use of Contract Period Not Affected Clause in Contracts

Contract Period Not Affected. Suspension of a work authorization does not affect the Contract Period. The work authorization will terminate under its own provisions or at the end of the Contract Period, whichever occurs first, unless this contract, the work authorization, or both are amended to authorize additional time, as appropriate.
