Contract Documents. The contract documents shall consist of the following:
Contract Documents. 7.1 The Contract Documents which comprise the entire agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR concerning the Work consist of the following.

A conflict in these documents shall be resolved in the priority listed below with these Terms and Conditions taking precedence over all other documents. Contract Documents. The Contract Documents consist of the following documents which are either attached to this Agreement or are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof:
Contract Documents. Subject to the order of precedence set forth in the Contract Agreement, all documents forming the Contract (and all parts thereof) are intended to be correlative, complementary, and mutually explanatory. The Contract Agreement shall be read as a whole. The documents forming the Contract shall be interpreted in the following order of priority:

Contract Documents. The Contract Documents consist of this Contract, any exhibits attached hereto (which exhibits are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Contract), any fully executed Work Authorizations; any fully executed Supplemental Work Authorizations and all fully executed Contract Amendments (as defined herein in Article 14) which are subsequently issued. These form the entire contract, and all are as fully a part of this Contract as if attached to this Contract or repeated herein.
Contract Documents. All contract documents are intended to be consistent with each other. In case of discrepancy, the following is the order of precedence:

This Contract; the IFB Documents; (Book 1 - Project Information, Instructions to Bidders and Execution Documents; Book 2 - IQCC Standard Terms and Conditions and General Conditions; Book 3 - Construction Task Catalog (CTC); Book 4 - Technical Specifications) and Addenda thereto; all payment and performance bonds (if any), material and workmanship bonds (if any); wage rate decisions and certified payroll records (if any); Notice of Award; all modifications issued thereto, including Supplemental Purchase Orders/Change Orders and written interpretations and all Purchase Orders and accompanying documents (Requests for Proposals, Detailed Scopes of Work, Purchase Order Proposals, etc.) issued hereunder.
