Common use of Continuation of the Company Clause in Contracts

Continuation of the Company. If an event described in Section 8.1(a) occurs, it is the intent of the Members that the Company shall continue to exist and operate without interruption, dissolution or termination, and without impairing or reducing in any manner the Company's rights and obligations to third parties unless the Nondefaulting Member elects to dissolve the Company pursuant to Section 8.2(a).
