Construction Management Plan. The Construction Manager shall submit a draft of its construction management plan (“Construction Management Plan”) within fourteen (14) days after the Letter Contract is issued to include, but is not limited to, noise control, hours for construction and deliveries, truck routes, trash and debris removal plan, traffic and parking control, communications procedures, emergency procedures, quality control procedures, dust control, public street cleaning and repair, planned occupancy of public ways, erosion control, tree protection plan, vibration monitoring, temporary fire protection measures, project signage, pest control, construction staging plan, and construction logistics plan.
