Construction Budget and Schedule. (a) On a quarterly basis beginning in the fourth (4th) full calendar month during the Construction Phase, but no later than the end of the fourth (4th) calendar month after the receipt by Purchaser’s Manager of the most recent quarterly Construction Budget and Schedule delivered to the Management Committee under this clause (a), or as required under Section 16.3(b)(i), Owner shall prepare and submit to the Management Committee for review and approval an update of the Preliminary Budget and Schedule (such updated budget and schedule as established herein, the "Construction Budget and Schedule"). At the request of Purchaser’s Manager, Owner shall provide the Management Committee with copies of the data, invoices, price sheets and other information utilized in the preparation of the Construction Budget and Schedule, and shall make the personnel responsible for preparing the Construction Budget and Schedule available during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance notice to discuss the proposed Construction Budget and Schedule with the Management Committee.

Construction Budget and Schedule. Each Construction Budget and Schedule has been prepared in good faith and on the basis of reasonable assumptions in accordance with the Budgeting Procedures. As of the date of this Agreement and as of the date when this representation is made or deemed made, there are no material Construction Costs for an Eligible Project that are not included in the Construction Budget and Schedule for such Eligible Project.
Construction Budget and Schedule. A construction budget and schedule that sets forth (a) a preliminary budget for the construction and development of the Live-Work Units and completion of the Live-Work Project, including, but not limited to all design, construction, fees, hard costs, and other soft costs; (b) a pro forma detailing projections of total development costs (i.e., built costs, price per square foot, site costs, soft costs, developer fees) and for anticipated sales price, net proceeds, and any funding; and, (c) schedule of construction and substantial completion.

Construction Budget and Schedule. The amount in the Designated Contractor Agreement shall be designated as the “Final Budget” and will be attached to this Work Letter as EXHIBIT “C-3”. Landlord must allow Tenant to review all aspects of the Final Budget and must maintain its books and records such that Tenant may review and inspect same. Landlord and Tenant have prepared a construction schedule ("Construction Schedule") (containing certain milestone construction dates) for the Tenant Improvements to be made. Construction Schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit "C-4" and made a part hereof. Changes to the Construction Schedule shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 of this Work Letter and any such changes shall be noted in a written document amending such Construction Schedule. It is anticipated that any change to Construction Schedule processed in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph will most likely cause a corresponding change in all other dates which follow, such that the amount of time between the dates set forth on such Construction Schedule shall continue with the same time periods on any revised Construction Schedule.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
