Work Letter definition

Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements, if any, in the form of Exhibit C.

Work Letter. The term “Work Letter” shall mean the Work Letter attached as Exhibit C to and made a part of this Lease, the terms and provisions of which are hereby incorporated into this Lease.

Work Letter means the Work Letter attached as Exhibit D.

• Aside from any construction obligations described as “City’s Work” in the Work Letter, if any, City shall have no obligation to perform any construction work or improvements to prepare the Premises for Tenant’s Work.

Work Letter means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference, which sets forth the respective responsibilities of Landlord and Tenant regarding the design and construction of initial alterations, additions and improvements to prepare the Premises for occupancy by Tenant.
